The staff who welcomed us were particularly helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The steps up to our atticrom were a bit steep, but the climb was well worth it!

Room was good size and opened on to small garden. All facilities were clean, everything worked and all staff were very good. I would stay there again.
Bar/lounge area very small. Visitors should come expecting a very good B&B with extras rather than a Hotel. The owners appear to present the place as a B&B though your website slightly over-sells it. That said, based on this brief visit I have recommended this to friends already.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. An abundance of information about where to go in Bath and the surrounding area were provided in both the room and in the lounge. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Extra pillows were found in the wardrobe if needed. The decor in the room and ensuite bathroom was bright and very fresh. Although our room was in the front we couldn't hear the noise of the traffic as the windows were well insulated. The garden is very pretty and well kept and lovely to sit in, There are a few shops around the corner which sell essentials like a forgotten toothbrush etc!!! We cannot fault the guest house and will hopefully return there soon.

Excellent and very helpful staff, clean and comfortable family room. Good location, walking distance to city and bus stops. Good breakfast. Overall a great stay.
A little pricy for the size of room, but still very satisfied with our stay.

The staff was so attentive. I arrived with 4 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 6. They walked through how to get to all the sites and even gave us milk for the 3 year old. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The hotel was kid friendly, but I would not be opposed to go back with just my husband. They have parking on site and someone from the staff is always around to help.
Can't think of anything!

The fact that I could book one night only during the w/e, whilst other Bath hotels wanted a min of 2 nights. The Hotel was also very flexible in changing the booking made from 2 double rooms to 1 family room, charging me less money!! thanks very much!!!

The staff were very accommodating and friendly to us, the bedroom & bathroom was lovely, comfortable and clean. There was lots of information about Bath plus free internet, and a lovely little lounge ares and bar to relax in. Lovely pool too although we didn't have time to fit this in!!

Unlike most places that I researched for our family trip to London, Ashley Villa had no problem accommodating my family of 5. The room was very clean and fit us all comfortably. It had a separate exit to a pretty backyard garden and while the weather was a little cool, were it warmer, we could have gone for swim in their lovely pool. With breakfast included in the price, it proved to be a b&b with great value as well as comfort and location.

Very clean, and they offer family rooms, which was very convenient for us since we are a young couple traveling with my mother in law.
Breakfast was very good, though, I would suggest to add some other options different from eggs to their menu, such as: sandwiches, pancakes, etc. Also, the B&B is located at 20 min (or more) walking from downtown, so you need to consider taxis in your budget.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for buses or walking into town. Breakfast. Clean functional room.
Room cramped. Car spaces OK if short and narrow car. Paying for swimming pool when a few more items in room would be better value and more welcoming.

The bed was very comfortable, and staff were friendly, helpful and hospitable.
The room had a musty smell so we opened the door to the back garden to let in some fresh air. Internet was hard to get in the room, but ok in the lounge.
